Our Refund Policy

You can easily get a refund for any of non-performing items that can rarely happen. To obtain a refund for a non-performing item, you must have proof of purchase and also a video proof of the non-performing item. All Surain Fireworks purchases should come with a receipt. Also, please remember to take a video of the item when being lit, which you always do. Please send a copy of your receipt and the video to our whatapp number. And, in order to process an accurate refund, we must know the exact name of each item that did not perform correctly. Also include a brief description of how the item failed to perform. All items must be used in accordance with all labeling instructions. Please allow 5 to 10 days to process your refund request.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to refund your entire purchase price if you return your products unopened,

in new condition, and with the original packaging. You have to inform us on the return within 5 days after the purchase, and return the product to as within 10 days after the purchase.
