A packet comes with a separate 5 pieces of whistling ground wheels. You can place the whistle in the ground and light the fuse. It will spin at a high speed while making a loud whistling sound and while firing gold and white sparks. Once it finish spinning in one direction, then again it will start to spin the other direction with the same effect.
